The rooms are available from the 28 September until 03 October. Please, see below the prices per night of the available rooms. Values in US dollars and euros are shown for typical June 2013 rates of 1US$ = R$2,15 and 1EUR=R$2,80, respectively.

• Copacabana Mar Hotel:
1. For those paying by credit card, please fill in one of these forms (English version or Portuguese version) for debit authorization, sign it and send it either by fax to +55-21-2275-2299 or by email to reservas@copacabanamar.com.br (subject: IWARA 2013 reservation). Fill the form with the value of one night (this amount will not be refunded/reimbursed in case of cancellation or no-show) to garantee your reservation, the rest will be charged during the check in. Reservations should be done by not later than 28 September 2013.
2. For Brazil residents, there is also the option to pay by deposito bancário. The bank information is:
